Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

At Skwear.shop, every product — including our signature Imran Khan Shawl and Black Wool Shawl — is crafted and packaged with care.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Products showing signs of damage not caused by shipping.
• Custom or limited-edition shawls made on order.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Any shawl that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Products with minor usage or packaging damage

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account or payment app again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Then contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items, including our Imran Khan Shawl and Black Wool Shawl, are eligible for refunds.

Sale or discounted shawls cannot be refunded.
