At Skwear.shop, every order — including our premium Imran Khan Shawl and Black Wool Shawl — is prepared and packaged with care.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation for major cities across Pakistan.

For remote or backward areas, processing and delivery may take 5–6 business days, depending on courier service coverage and accessibility.

If we experience an unusually high volume of orders or face courier delays, our team will contact you via email or phone with an update.

2. Shipping Partners

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your shawls reach you safely and on time.

and other verified logistics providers when necessary.

Each order is dispatched through the most suitable courier based on your location to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 1–3 business days
Remote or Backward Areas: 5–6 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs procedures)
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, weather disruptions, or courier workload.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
Tracking information is usually available within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

5. Shipping Conditions

Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, and phone number) are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Failed deliveries if the recipient is unavailable.
Parcels lost due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us because of incorrect details or failure to collect, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

All Imran Khan Shawls and Black Wool Shawls are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
If any item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours at skarts.helpline@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
